Refund Policy

The short version

If Manifestation OS is not what you expected, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with the email address you paid with, and we will refund you.

What we ask

Tell us what fell short. Not as a hurdle — because your system is generated specifically for you, and most refund requests point at something concrete we can fix, either for you or for everyone after you. If you would rather not explain, say so and we will process it anyway.

If your build failed

A refund is not the only option and usually not the best one. If generation failed, timed out or produced something unusable, we can rebuild it and send it to you. Your purchase is never lost because a technical step failed. Email us with your payment reference.

What we cannot refund

• Requests made more than 60 days after purchase, where the payment processor no longer permits a refund.
• Purchases where the system was resold or redistributed.

What a refund is not for

We will not refuse a refund on these grounds, but it is worth saying plainly: this product cannot be judged by whether an external outcome arrived. Nothing guarantees that, and we say so before you buy. What it can be judged on is whether the system is genuinely personalized, usable and honest. If it is not, that is on us.

Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank usually takes 5–10 business days to show it.
